Shipping & Delivery

Our production time is 3-4 months, because ''Matias Couture'' dresses are made to order. Contact us enquiries@matiascouture.co.uk for any requests, and about your order contact us with your order number in the subject line, please.

Free shipping.

Domestic shipping:

2-3 business days for United Kingdom. Shipping with UPS fully tracked & signature required.

International shipping:

3 business days for USA. Shipping with UPS fully tracked & signature required.

3 business days for Europe Shipping with UPS fully tracked & signature required.

7-25 business days for Rest of the world. Shipping with UPS fully tracked & signature required.

*Please note: Specified shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond the reasonable control of us or our shipping partners, for example customs clearance procedures, quarantine, public holidays and weekends. We do not guarantee shipping times in these instances.

Tracking your order.

Order confirmation emails will be sent immediately after an order has been placed, however these are not confirmation of shipping and additional communication will be sent to you confirming order shipment with tracking information.

A signature and proof of identity will be required on receipt of all orders. We strongly recommend that you personally sign for your order. Any person that signs for the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of delivery fulfilment.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, fees and taxes applied by customs on arrival to the destination country. The responsibility for any payable custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees rests solely on the customer and are not included in the price of the order(s).

Contact your local customs or UPS office for more information on the applicable taxes and duties in your region.

Shipping restrictions: we are unable to deliver internationally to PO boxes or postal forwarding companies.

Risk of loss.

All products purchased on ''Matias Couture'' Website are transported and delivered to you by an independent shipping partner that is not affiliated with or controlled by us. Title to the merchandise purchased as well as risk of loss of the goods passes to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier.

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, but we strictly do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchase.

As our dresses are each handcrafted, made to order based on individual sizing and custom requirements, please ensure you have read our dress descriptions, product measurements and before completing your purchase.

Pre-order 50% deposit non refundable.

Each dress is quality controlled before leaving our London production Atelier to ensure there are no defects or faults.

Upon arrival of your package, it is suggested that you check the dress to make sure it has been made in accordance with your order specifications. Please try on your dress as soon as possible without altering, washing the dress, or removing the tag. Please note that you need to contact us in that unlikely circumstance that there are issues with your dress, withing 7 days of receiving your order, please contact enquiries@matiascouture.co.uk.

Throughout the site, the terms ''Matias Couture'', “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Iuliia Baryshpolets. Iuliia Baryshpolets offer this website, including all information, tools and services available, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Our store is hosted on Webador. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Pre-order.

To pay a 50% deposit place the order as Pre-order at the checkout. Full balance due 4 weeks before shipping.
